According to which the device will sport a Snapdragon 820 CPU (M.S.M 8996) which has been recently announced by Qualcomm. According to these Benchmarks. It will be equipped by 3 GB Ram (Most probably L.P.D.D.R 4). Talking about Rest of the specs, it might sport a 5.5 Inch Quad H.D display, 64 GB internal storage which might be expandable up to 200 GB.
